Terms of Use

These Terms of Use (the “Terms”) govern your access to and use of the IRL3 website at irl3.tech, its interfaces, its application programming interfaces and the software made available through it (together, “IRL3”). By accessing or using IRL3 you agree to these Terms and to the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use IRL3.

IRL3 is an independent, experimental technology project. It provides software that lets you turn physical objects into crypto wallets, launch tokens on third-party protocols, scan objects with a camera and view public blockchain data. IRL3 is not a bank, exchange, broker, custodian, money transmitter, investment adviser or financial institution, and it does not offer any financial, legal, tax or investment service.

Parts of IRL3 are published as open-source software under the MIT License. Your use of that source code is governed by its license; these Terms govern your use of the hosted website and its services.

• You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to accept these Terms.
• You may not use IRL3 where its use is prohibited or restricted by the laws that apply to you, or if you are subject to sanctions that prohibit it.
• You are solely responsible for knowing and complying with the laws, regulations and tax obligations that apply to you.

IRL3 never takes custody of your keys, seed phrases, secret names or crypto assets. Every transaction you make is signed by you, in your own wallet, and sent by you to a public blockchain. IRL3 cannot reverse, cancel, recover or refund any transaction.

IRL3W Wallet derives wallet keys from an object scanned with your camera and a secret name you choose. The keys are rebuilt on your device during each scan and are never stored by IRL3. You acknowledge that:

• the technology is experimental and may fail to recognize an object, including one that it recognized before;
• if the object is lost, damaged or altered, if the secret name is forgotten, or if every copy of the key box is lost, the wallet and the assets in it cannot be recovered by anyone, including IRL3;
• anyone who obtains the key box, the object or sufficiently clear images of it, and the secret name may be able to open the wallet;
• identical or similar objects may produce the same or similar results;
• you are solely responsible for keeping the object, the secret name and backups of the key box safe.

Tokens are created by users, on third-party protocols such as pump.fun, through transactions the user signs. IRL3 does not issue, sponsor, endorse, audit or guarantee any token launched through it, and the appearance of a token on IRL3 is not a recommendation.

When you launch a token through IRL3, you agree that its creator fees are routed, irrevocably and on chain, to IRL3's factory wallet, and that they are distributed as described in the documentation: 80% to the creator or the token's holders and 20% to IRL3. You are solely responsible for the name, ticker, image, links and any other content of the tokens you launch, and you confirm you have the right to use them. IRL3 may hide any token or content from its interface at any time, for any reason; this has no effect on the token on chain.

Fee distributions and holder rewards are features of experimental software, not obligations or promises of payment. Their rules (including rounds, minimum holdings, minimum claims, object scans and other eligibility checks) are described in the documentation and may change at any time. Eligibility and amounts are determined by the software from on-chain data and may be affected by errors, delays, network conditions, price sources or third-party services.

IRL3 may delay, refuse or reverse the recording of any claim it reasonably believes involves abuse, manipulation, reused or falsified evidence, or an error. Nothing paid or displayed creates any right to future payments.

$IRL3 is a digital token with no rights attached: it does not represent any ownership, equity, debt, profit share, dividend, governance right, claim on IRL3 or its revenues, or any other right. It is not offered as an investment, and no promise is made about its price, liquidity, supply or future.

The buyback and burn of $IRL3 described in the documentation is an automated feature of experimental software. It may be changed, paused or stopped at any time, and its operation may be affected by errors, market conditions or third-party services. Only the address published on irl3.tech identifies $IRL3.

Nothing on IRL3, including its documentation, analytics, prices, rankings or social channels, is financial, investment, legal or tax advice, or an offer or solicitation to buy or sell any asset. You should consult your own professional advisers before making any decision.

By using IRL3 you acknowledge and accept, among others, the following risks:

• Crypto assets are extremely volatile and may lose all of their value.
• Blockchains, smart contracts, wallets and third-party protocols may contain bugs, be attacked or stop working.
• Transactions are irreversible; mistakes, such as sending assets to a wrong address, cannot be undone.
• Laws and regulations about crypto assets differ between places and may change, which may affect IRL3 or your use of it.
• Price data, analytics and other information shown on IRL3 may be delayed, incomplete or wrong.
• IRL3 may be unavailable, changed or discontinued at any time without notice.

You agree not to:

• use IRL3 for any unlawful, fraudulent or deceptive purpose, including market manipulation;
• launch tokens that infringe the rights of others, impersonate any person, brand or organization, or contain unlawful content;
• submit false, reused or manipulated evidence, or otherwise abuse claims and rewards;
• interfere with, overload, probe or attack IRL3, its infrastructure or other users, or bypass its limits;
• use automated means to access IRL3 beyond its published rate limits.

IRL3 relies on and links to services it does not control, including blockchains, pump.fun, PumpSwap, Jupiter, wallet providers, data providers, IPFS gateways and hosting providers. Your use of them is governed by their own terms, and IRL3 is not responsible for their availability, accuracy, security or conduct.

IRL3 is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including any warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, availability, security or that it will be free of errors. You use IRL3 entirely at your own risk.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, IRL3 and its contributors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary or punitive damages, or for any loss of assets, profits, revenue, data, goodwill or opportunity, arising out of or in connection with IRL3 or these Terms, however caused and under any theory of liability, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. All risk arising from your use of IRL3 remains with you.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless IRL3 and its contributors from any claim, loss, liability or expense, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of your use of IRL3, the tokens or content you create, or your breach of these Terms or of any law or third-party right.

IRL3 may change these Terms at any time by publishing a new version on this page; the date at the top shows the latest version. Continuing to use IRL3 after a change means you accept it. IRL3 may suspend, restrict or end access to any part of IRL3, for anyone, at any time and without notice.

If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force. Failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of it. These Terms and the Privacy Policy are the entire agreement between you and IRL3 about its use. Nothing in these Terms limits any right that cannot be limited under mandatory law applicable to you.
